1. Agreement

By using AI Houses Design (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

AI Houses Design shows house design ideas as 2D plans, 3D models and construction timelines, and offers an AI designer that generates a plan from your description. The Service is free to use and does not require an account.

3. Plans are concepts, not professional advice

All plans, dimensions, room layouts, cost figures and design tips are illustrative and approximate. They are not architectural, structural, legal or financial advice and are not approved for construction. Before you build, a licensed architect or engineer must check the design, the structure, your local building bylaws, setbacks and costs. You are responsible for any decision you make using the Service.

4. AI generated content

The AI designer and any AI written tips can be wrong or incomplete. Please check anything important before relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others while using the Service;
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its servers;
• use bots or scrapers to copy the catalogue or the AI designer at scale;
• send spam, harmful or abusive content through the contact form.

6. Our content

The site design, code, plans, 3D models, text and translations belong to AI Houses Design or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view the Service and download plans for your own personal reference. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them, or present them as your own work, without our written permission.

7. Messages you send us

If you contact us, you allow us to use your message to reply to you and to improve the Service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be error free, always available, or that plans and estimates are accurate.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Houses Design is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from building, buying or spending money based on its plans and estimates.

10. Changes and ending access

We may change the Service or these terms at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
