Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Short version: no accounts, no ads, no tracking. We only keep what you send us through the contact form.

1. Who we are

AI Houses Design runs this website. You can reach us at hello@aihousesdesign.com.

2. What we collect

Contact form

If you write to us we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to answer you, and keep them only as long as needed for that.

AI designer

The text you type is used to generate your plan. We do not store it and it is not linked to you.

Your choices in the browser

Your theme (light or dark) and language are saved in your own browser so the site remembers them. They never leave your device. See the Cookies page.

Server logs

Like most websites, the server or hosting provider may automatically log technical details such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for accounts, passwords, payment details or location, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

3. Other companies involved

• cdnjs (Cloudflare): the 3D viewer loads the three.js library from cdnjs. When you open a 3D page, your browser contacts that service, which can see your IP address and browser details.
• AI model provider: if the site owner has switched on AI design tips, a short request is sent to the Anthropic API. It contains only house details such as style, bedrooms, floors, plot size, facing, room types and language code. It does not contain your name, email or the text you typed.
• Hosting provider: processes the technical data in section 2 on our behalf.

4. Why we use data

To run the Service, answer your messages, keep the site secure and fix problems. We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us at hello@aihousesdesign.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children

The Service is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no system on the internet is completely secure.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top will change. If we ever add analytics, ads or accounts, we will update this page first.
